Summer/Fall Weekly Schedule

All routine contracted services are on the schedule noted below. FLM – Foothills Landscape Maintenance

2025 Operations and Maintenance Plan

The 2025 Operations and Maintenance Plan set by the Board of Directors link is below. The schedule is subject to change.

January
•    Finalize and execute O&M contracts and work orders.
•    Issue Annual O&M Plan

February
•    Irrigation systems assessment and upgrade planning
•    Planning and pricing re-seeding non-irrigated native areas by priority
•    Coordination with non-pot group on Clyde-smith reservoir operations
•    Assess and plan hardscapes repairs as needed (concrete, trash cans, dog stations, benches, etc.).

March
•    Playground inspections and repairs planning/pricing
•    Complete non-irrigated native area re-seeding 
•    Beach area assessment and sand refresh as needed.
•    Storm structure maintenance
•    Turf aeration

April
•    Complete spring fertilization
•    Begin right-of-way mowing on Colorado Blvd
•    Begin natural area beauty band mowing and edging.
•    Begin natural area weed control

May
•    Meet on-site with board representatives and landscape committee members
•    Activate and test irrigation system.

June
•    Plant and tree replacements as needed and within budget 
•    Determine maintenance service bid needs with the board
•    Fence re-staining and repairs 

July
•    Assess monument signs.
•    Complete district fence re-staining
•    O&M scope review/pricing requests

August
•    Meet on-site with the landscape committee and board reps.
•    Draft 2026 O&M budget

September
•    O&M bidding process
•    Coordination with non-pot group on final water deliveries 

October
•    Shut down and winterize the irrigation system.
•    Execute Q4 snow removal contract.
•    Final natural area and ROW mowing

November
•    Storm structure maintenance
•    Invasive tree removals as needed.
•    Refresh mulch/rock beds
•    Assess and reseed natural areas.
•    Finalize and approve 2026 O&M budget.

December
•    Update service area maps
•    Issue O&M contracts
